自熔性烧结试验研究

摘要 烧结实验室对自熔剂性烧结矿进行试验研究,结果表明:当烧结矿碱度为1.00时,烧结产质量指标明显优于烧结矿碱度为0.8时的指标;碱度为1.85的高碱度烧结与碱度为1.00的自熔性烧结固体能耗相当,但其产质量指标明显更低,垂直烧结速度降低4.33 mm/min,成品率降低1.09%,转鼓强度和利用系数分别降低9.39%和0.22 t/(m2·h),低温还原粉化指数RDI+3.15明显更差,从83.84%下降到到55.91%,还原度指数RI也下降3.65%,仅为74.35%。 The self- fluxed sinter is studied in sintering laboratory. The results show that: when the sinter basicity is 1. 00,the sinter indexes is obviously better than the basicity of 0. 8. Compared with the basicity of 1. 85,solid energy consumption of the basicity of 1. 00 is as much as it,but sintering indexes are significantly lower. The vertical sintering speed would be reduced by 4. 33 mm /min,the yeild reduces 1. 09%,while tumbler index and productivity are respectively decreased by 9. 39% and 0. 22 t /( m2·h). The low temperature reduction desintegration properties of RDI + 3. 15 is obviously worse,which drop from 83. 84% to 55. 91%,and the properties of reduction is 74. 35%,which is decreased by 3. 65%.
