摘要
冷剪是轧钢生产中用于剪切定尺棒材的关键设备,由于冷剪机在工作过程中存在较大的尖峰载荷,在力矩传递路线的高速轴上需要设计安装一个转动惯量适当的飞轮,以平衡缓冲冷剪剪切时所承受的尖峰载荷,所以飞轮结构设计及转动惯量决定了冷剪是否能充分发挥功能。本文对新钢线棒材厂1 300 t冷剪飞轮转动惯量及飞轮结构改进进行了详细校核计算和分析,并提出了改进方案。
Cold shear is the key equipment for cutting of the scale bar of rolling production process in metallurgy industry.Due to the cold shearing machine have to bear large peak load in the working process,a flywheel with appropriate rotary inertia should be installed on the high- speed shaft in the transmission line,to balance and buffer peak load when cold shear is cutting. So flywheel structure design and rotary inertia determine if the cold shear can give full play to the function. The design of flywheel rotary inertia and structure of 1300- ton cold shear is improved of the detailed calculated and analyzed,and the improvement scheme is put forward in Wire Rod Plant in Xinyu Steel.
