摘要
应用修订的Cattell-16PF调查了医学院新生和四年级学生的性格特质,结果发现新生与四年级学生之间既存在基本性格特质的差异,也有次级人格因素的差异,经过四年系统正规的医学教育,大学生的适应能力,创造力及适应能力新环境的能力有所增强,但有些性格因素低于新生,目前医学专业教育应重视对学生进行人格教育,增加人文学科教育内容,广泛开展心理健康教育,提高心理健康水平。
Applying the revised Cattell-16PF, we tested the freshman and senior students' character to find there are character attribute differences and sub-manhood differences between the two groups. Therefore,special attention in manhood ed- ucation and human arts science should be paid to medical college students to improve their psychological health.
