脉搏轮廓心排血量监测在救治二例大面积烧伤并发急性肺水肿患者中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 例1男,3岁,2014年10月13日因火药爆炸致全身多处烧伤,伤后立即入当地医院,急诊气管切开置入气管导管,静脉输入乳酸钠林格液100mL。伤后3h转入笔者单位寻求进一步治疗,转运途中输入乳酸钠林格液、50g/L葡萄糖注射液各100mL,总尿量5mL。
