国内外典型科技金融模式研究

The Research on Typical Models of Science and Technology Finance at Home and Abroad

科技与金融是推动社会经济发展的两大主要推动力,二者相互结合的科技金融也成为经济转型升级的突破点。本文分析了以资本为主导、银行为主导与政府为主导的三种典型科技金融模式,通过典型案例分析并借鉴其科技金融模式的经验,提出了发展我国科技金融的相关政策建议。

Technology and finance are the two main driving forces to promote the development of social economy, the combination of science and technology financial has become the breakthrough point of economic transformation and upgrading. This paper analyzes three typical models of science and technology finance,which are dominated by capital,bank and government. Then, throughthe analysis of some typical cases, we learn the model of science and technologyfrom these cases and present the relevant policy suggestions to develop China’s science and tech-nology finance.
