摘要
本文阐述了上海市无居民海岛的地理概况、保护和开发利用现状,分析了上海市无居民海岛保护存在的主要问题,提出了上海市无居民海岛分类分区保护的总体思路,并探讨了上海市无居民海岛保护对策建议,为上海市无居民海岛的保护与开发管理工作提供思路。
The geographic profile, protection and development of the nonresidential islands in Shanghai is established in this paper.The main problems of the nonresidential islands protection is analyzed,the general ideas about protection of the nonresidential islands by different categories and regions are proposed. The suggestion of the nonresidential islands protection is discussed,the ideas for the management of the nonresidential island protection and development are provided.
