Combining with the real situation of channel long-term management of Qingpu District, the author explores and establish a channel long-term management information system based on technology such as internetwork,3G network,GIS spatial data. The author expounded the feasible and necessary and putted forward ideas on the overall design and system building of the channel long-term management information system.
