A Study on Grassroots Social Medical Treatment during Han Dynasty

囿于资料,学界对基层社会医疗关注不足,研究成果不多。汉代有一部分活跃于基层社会的医者,方便了民众就医。在基层社会,巫医承担了大部分医疗工作。乡里社会中有以采药、卖药为生者,但药物价格不菲。以皇室为主体的上层社会抢占了基层社会的医药资源,每有疾疫发生,朝廷屡致医药,以维护统治,朝廷与基层社会也有相互协助的时候,共同应对疾疫。

Constrained by historical materials,the research on basic level society medical treatment gets less atten-tion,and there is few research result.By sorting out the historical data, the paper finds that there are some active heal-er living in bottom society, and healers were cultivated in grassroots society.It was convenient for basic-level massto go to a doctor. Among grassroots society, witch doctors took most medical workers.In the countryside,there were al-ways some people collecting or selling herbs for the living, but medicine were rather expensive. The upper societypreempted medical resources from the basic level society.Once every disease occured, the court provided medicinefrequently in order to maintain its rule. The court and grassroots society also helped each other to cope with the dis-ease.
