摘要
针对当前数字化采集中高阻探头补偿方式存在的高频输入阻抗低的问题,提出一种数字补偿方法。根据探头的寄生参数模型,建立优化问题;通过求解该优化问题得到探头的寄生参数;并在此基础上得到探头关于寄生参数的传输特性方程;最后设计数字滤波器进行数字补偿。实验结果说明了该方法的有效性和优越性。
A compensation method for waveform sampling high-impedance probe is described. Optimization model is proposed base on probe parasitic model and VNA measured data. Parasitic parameters are then extracted by solving the optimization problem. A digital filter is designed to compensate the high-impedance probe base on the parasitic parameters. Effectiveness and superiority are demonstrated by experimental results.
