应用型本科公共管理类专业人才培养的探究

Exploration on the Cultivation of Public Management Professional Talents in Application-oriented Universities

目前,随着许多地方本科院校"应用型"转型成功,应用型公共管理类专业的设置已经得到了越来越多高校的重视,然而在专业建设中依然存在很多困境,如,学科重视程度不够、实践教学环节薄弱、课程体系设计宽泛、"双师型"师资缺乏以及学生考核标准不完善等。针对以上问题,建议高校从加强公共管理类专业建设的重视、加强实践教学环节、创办专业核心课程、培养"双师型"教师队伍以及完善学生考核标准等五方面完善应用型本科公共管理类专业人才的培养。

Nowadays, with many local colleges have successfully translated to application-oriented colleges,application-oriented public management specialty has got more and more emphasis on universities. However, there still exist many difficulties in professional construction, such as not enough discipline attention, the weak link in the practice teaching, improper curriculum design, lacking of double-certificated teachers, and imperfect student assessment standard. This paper put forward suggestions for universities to deal with the above problems from five aspects as strengthening the public management specialty construction and practice teaching, establishing professional core curriculum, training double-certificated teachers, and perfecting the standard of students examination, which can effectively improve the cultivation of public management professional talents.
