高职院校“我的中国梦”教育实践路径研究——以广州民航职业技术学院职业精神培养工程为例

Study on Practical Education Approaches to My Chinese Dream in Vocational Colleges——Taking Guangzhou Civil Aviation Vocational College as an example

民航高职院校"中国梦"教育与"民航强国梦"教育本质精髓相一致,将二者紧密结合起来融入民航高职院校高素质、高技能"双高"人才培养理念之中,贯穿于以职业精神引领职业教育的全过程,是民航高职院校一项长期系统的人才培养工程。基于对"中国梦"、"民航强国梦"教育与职业精神培养内在关联性的深入探讨,将显性教育与隐性教育相结合,从理论引导、实践育人与文化熏陶三个雏度挖掘高职院校职业精神培养工程的实践方式具有深远的意义。

The Chinese Dream education in civil aviation vocational college accords with Chinese Civil Aviation Dream,and it is depicted in the education concepts of Civil Aviation Vocational Colleges,which aims at producing high quality and competence talents.Through the discussion of Chinese Civil Aviation Dream and the correlation between vocational education and civil aviation,this paper probes into the profound meaning of civil aviation vocational college from the perspectives of theory,practice and cultural edification.
