我国高速公路养护成本最小化研究

Research of minimizing expressway maintenance cost

首先,研究了1988—2014年中国高速公路发展的历程,通过绘制通车的累计里程图和各年新增通车里程图,得出中国高速公路的发展形态和阶段划分。其次,根据高速公路设计年限、运营阶段实际养护实施,绘制了不同养护管理水平条件下,我国将要面对的高速公路养护任务图。最后,将价值工程方法应用到我国高速公路养护方案比选中,以案例的形式决策出养护成本较小的方案。

Firstly,the development of expressway in China is studied from 1988- 2014. A total mileage open to traffic by drawing a diagram and the new mileage fig each year come to shape the development of China＇s highway and phasing. Secondly,according to highway design life and the actual operational phase implementation of conservation and different curing conditions management,the expressway maintenance task graph is drawn. Finally,the value of highway engineering methods is applied to conservation scheme comparison ans smaller maintenance cost program is decided in the form of case study.
