居家养老是我国当前的主要养老模式,也是一项民生工程。为保障老年人特殊权益,为老年人提供更优质的公共服务,促进居家养老服务业健康有序运行,必须建立健全有效的社会监督保障机制。具体可从以下八大方面展开:一是全社会尊老爱老的认知机制保障;二是居家养老服务评估指标体系保障;三是建立健全居家养老服务信息系统和网络;四是居家养老服务资金保障机制;五是搭建监督保障平台;六是居家养老服务工作协调机制保障;七是服务队伍与组织保障;八是落实监督保障措施。

Fourthly,it is the pension that occupy the home service funds safeguard mechanism; Fifthly,we should set up supervision and security platform; Sixthly,it is the pension that occupy the home service coordination mechanism safeguard; Seventhly,it is service team and organization guarantee. Finally,we should take the supervision and safeguard measures.
