摘要
《旅游法》实施对我国旅行社行业形成极大影响。政府出台行业专门法律,意在规范市场发展,但实施效果要靠市场来检验。对近五年来我国旅行社数量、资产总额、从业人数及高学历比例、旅游业务利润、国内和出境旅游业务利润等数据进行分析,总结出旅行社行业在《旅游法》实施前后的发展态势,并对其原因进行探究。
The Tourism Law has had an enormous influence on Chinese travel agency industry. The purpose of legislation is to regulate the development of the tourism market,but the effect depends on the market to test. Based on the analysis of number of enterprise,gross value of assets,the number of employees and highly educated proportion,travel business profits,domestic and outbound travel business profits in Chinese travel agency industry,the author of this article explores the trend of industry before and after enforcement of the Tourism Law and some other factors.
