高职选矿技术专业校外实训基地现状及存在的问题与对策

The Current Situation and Existing Problem and Countermeasure of Off-campus Training Base for Mineral Processing Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前国内高职选矿技术专业校外实训基地普遍存在着政策制度不完善、管理体制混乱、资金投入少、实训指导教师少、服务能力弱等问题。该文在充分了解高职选矿技术专业校外实训基地建设现状的基础上,以现代职业教育理论为指导,深入分析实训基地建设过程中存在的具体问题,并提出相应对策。

At present, these problems on incomplete policy and institution, chaotic management system, little fund investment,few training teachers and poor service ability, existed in higher vocational for mineral processing technology specialty. Based on knowing off-campus practical training base construction and modern vocational education theory, this paper analyzed its problems of construction and put forward relevant countermeasures.
