摘要
该文利用"大学生抗挫折能力问卷"对高职护生抗挫折能力进行探讨。研究发现,不同层次生源高职护生抗挫折能力差异存在显著性意义,表现为中职起点高职护生抗挫折能力高于普高起点高职护生。在此基础上,对筛选出来的60名低抗挫折人群进行分组干预。结果显示,相对于控制组,团体辅导组、辅导员谈话组学生抗挫折能力均有显著提高。团体辅导、辅导员谈话能有效提高学生的抗挫折能力。
In this paper, the questionnaire is used to discuss the anti frustration ability for higher vocational students. Research shows that there has great difference for anti-frustration from different level nursing students. The ability of anti-frustration for secondary vocational nursing students is higher than higher vocational. Meanwhile, 60 low anti-frustration students selected are intervened in group. The result showed that group coach and counselors talk can enhance the students' anti-frustration ability more effectively than the control group.
