主动对接长三角,提质壮大岳阳石化产业

Linking up the Yangtze River Delta and Upgrading Petrochemical Industry in Yueyang

石化产业是湖南省岳阳市首个超千亿的战略支柱产业。近年来,由于石化项目储备少,该市石化产业发展后劲不足,行业整体经济效益不佳。十三五期间,岳阳市要把握机遇,主动对接长三角,承接石化产业转移,提质壮大石化产业。要积极争取有利的政策支持,全力推进重大项目建设,加快延伸发展下游产业链,加速推进湖南岳阳绿色化工产业园建设,为该市经济发展新增长极作出更大贡献。

Petrochemical industry is the first strategic pillar industry with hundreds of billions Yuan（RMB） of production value in Yueyang city, Hunan. In recent years, due to the shortage of petrochemical projects reserved, the whole petrochemical industry has been lack of competitiveness, and the benefit has been in poor condition. During the 13 th five-year plan period, the city should grasp the opportunity, link up the Yangtze River delta, undertake petrochemical industry transformation, and upgrade and strengthen its petrochemical industry. Meanwhile, based on striving for favorable policy support positively to promote the construction of major projects, extend downstream industry chain rapidly, and accelerate the construction of green chemical industrial area. Sinopec should make great contribution to the newly economic growth pole in Yueyang city.
