摘要
使用西门子S7-200PLC和日本岛电智能温控表改造一款聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)电缆外皮加工设备,对其中的温度控制系统进行重新设计。文章介绍了该温控系统中的西门子PLC和岛电SRS13智能温控表之间通信参数设定等关键信息,通过具体实例阐述了设计中PLC与下位机之间通信程序设计的思路,并对两者之间的通信予以具体说明。
Based on SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and the Japanese SHIMADEN intelligent temperature instrument, this article discussed that transforming the PTFE cable sheath processing equipment could be transformed, and its temperature control system can be redesigned. Moreover, the key information of communication parameters setting between SIEMENS PLC and SHIMADEN SRS13 was introduced. The thoughts on communication program design and communication between the PLC and the slave computer were illustrated specifically.
