Analysis on the Urban-rural Equalized Development in Langfang under the Background of the New Urbanization

城乡均衡发展是新型城镇化的关键。廊坊城乡经济持续稳定发展,城镇化水平有了大幅提升,但城乡之间、县域之间存在明显的梯度性差异;教育、医疗、社会保障等公共资源的配置,城乡矛盾凸显。新型城镇化背景下廊坊推进城乡均衡发展应注重以城乡统筹为统领,构建城乡发展的整体规划框架;注重以产业转型为基础,推动产城融合发展;注重乡村建设与城镇化的协调发展,打造城乡发展新形态;注重基本公共服务城乡均等化,提升城乡公共服务水平。

The urban-rural equalized development is a key to new urbanization. With the sustained and rapid economic development of Langfang,urbanization has lead into the fast track of development,the level of urbanization has increased dramatically,but there are obvious gradient differences between urban and rural areas and between the counties,especially in education,health care,social security,etc. To achieve the urban-rural equalized development in Langfang under the background of the new urbanization,we should take urban-rural equalized development as a guide to construct the framework of the overall planning of urban and rural development; promote the city integration and development based on industry transformation; pay attention to the coordinated development of rural construction and urbanization; pay attention to the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas to enhance the level of urban and rural public service.
