摘要
针对海洋油气集输压力容器失效形式进行分类识别,结合事故案例统计数据分析其失效原因和主要风险因素;从人的不安全行为、容器的不安全状态和环境因素三方面综合考虑建立事故树;为减少人的主观性影响,基于案例统计数据运用专家评分法和模糊集数学理论方法确定风险因素失效概率.进而根据计算结果对海洋油气集输压力容器失效的主要风险因素进行分级和研究,针对性地提出有效的防护措施,确保海洋平台的安全运作.
The failure modes of pressure vessel for marine oil and gas gathering and transportation were classified and identified,the failure origin and main risk factors were analyzed according to the statistic data of accident case,and the fault tree was built up with taking account of three aspects of factors such as people's unsafe behavior,insecurity of containers and environmental factors.In order to reduce people's subjective influence,the expert scoring method and fuzzy set mathematical theory and method were used to determine the failure probability of risk factors based on statistical data.Further,according to the calculation result,the main risk factors of failure of pressure vessel for marine oil and gas gathering and transportation were analyzed and studied,and effective protective measures were put forward to ensure safe operation on marine platform.
