超声乳化白内障摘除联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效观察

目的探讨超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的效果及安全性。方法我院收治的19例22眼青光眼合并白内障患者,均行单切口超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术。观察患者视力、眼压、角膜内皮细胞数量、结膜滤过泡及并发症等指标。结果本组19例22眼术后视功能恢复良好,眼压控制良好,与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);角膜内皮细胞与术前比较无明显减少(P>0.05)。5眼出现角膜水肿、前房炎症反应,抗炎治疗5天后消退。结论白内障超声乳化摘除人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障患者安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract .Methods In our hospital ,19 eyes of 22 patients with glau-coma and cataract were treated with phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation with single incision com -bined with trabeculectomy.Visual acuity,intraocular pressure,corneal endothelial cell count,conjunctival filtering bleb and complica-tions were observed .Results The postoperative visual function had a good recovery and a good control of intraocular pressure when compared with the pre-operation （ P〈0.05 ） .There was no significant decrease in corneal endothelial cells when compared with the pre-operation （ P〉0.05 ） .There were 5 cases with corneal edema and anterior chamber inflammation that were faded away after 5 days of anti-inflammatory treatment .Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculecto -my in the treatment of glaucoma and cataract patients are safe and effective .
