血栓弹力图肝素酶对比试验对心外科大血管手术患者合理用血的指导作用 被引量：13

摘要 目的探讨血栓弹力图(TEG)肝素酶对比试验(hmTEG)对心外科大血管手术患者合理用血的指导作用。方法选择心外科心脏大血管手术患者49例,术后进行枸橼酸化高岭土激活样品TEG(CK-TEG)检测和枸橼酸化高岭土激活样品肝素酶杯TEG(CKH-TEG)检测,比较不同方法各参数检测结果,以及临床申请输血情况与hmTEG指导用血情况。结果 44例患者CK-TEG和CKH-TEG检测R值、K值、Angle角、CI值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MA值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。临床申请用血与hmTEG指导用血情况比较结果显示,血浆用量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 hmTEG检测可有效反映心外科大血管手术患者术后体内肝素残留情况,对临床合理用血具有一定的指导意义。
