关于企业员工心理资本对工作绩效影响研究的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 心理资本是近年来人力资源管理研究的热点问题。首先就心理资本的内涵、结构、研究现状以及工作绩效的结构、影响因素进行了简要归纳和总结,重点从研究背景、研究对象、研究方法以及作用路径4个方面,对近年来国内外学者关于心理资本对工作绩效影响的相关研究成果进行了比较和分析,最后提出了未来的研究方向。拓展了心理资本、工作绩效两者之间关系的研究。 Psychological capital is a hot issue in the study of human resource management in recent years. The article first briefly induces and summarizes the connotation,structure,research status,the structure of job performance and the influencing factors of psychological capital. It then compares and analyzes the related research results of the influence of psychological capital on job performance in recent years mainly from such 4aspects as research background,research objects,research methods and action path. The paper finally points out the direction for future research,extending the research on the relationship between psychological capital and job performance.
