以社会主义核心价值观引导大学生就业价值取向

ON GUIDING COLLEGE STUDENTS' EMPLOYMENT VALUE ORIENTATION WITH THE SOCIALIST CORE VALUES

核心价值观关系到一个国家的精神旗帜和发展道路,并深刻影响着当代大学生的世界观、人生观。大学生就业价值取向就是在特定价值观、人生观的支配和引导下,大学生对职业的有意识选择和取舍。在此过程中,就业取向既受到国家、社会大环境的影响,又受到学校、家庭、个人等因素的制约。因此,要以社会主义核心价值观引导大学生就业的价值目标、价值准则、价值追求,引导大学生就业选择时遵循适应社会需求、主动参与竞争和知行合一的原则与策略。

Core values are related to the spiritual flag and development path of a country,and have a profound impact on the world outlook and philosophy of contemporary college students. College students’ employment value orientation is the conscious choice and selection of a career under the dominance and guidance of a specific values and outlook on life. In this process,college students’ employment value orientation is not only affected by the national and social environment,but also restricted by such factors as school,family and individual and so on. Therefore,the socialist core values should be used to guide college students’ employment value orientation,value criterion and value pursuit,and guide college students to obey principles and strategies of adapting to social needs,actively participating in competition and achieving the unity of knowing and doing.
