孔子和而不同思想的创新之道及其对青少年的启示

INNOVATION OF CONFUCIUS'S THOUGHT OF “HARMONY WITH DIFFERENCES” AND ITS ENLIGHTENMENT TO YOUNGSTERS

我们对孔子和而不同思想的理解,要将其置于史伯等人"和实生物"思想的历史源流中,要把它放置在人与人、自然和社会关系的创新发展大格局中,而不能只局限于君子和小人的比较视域。孔子和而不同思想的创新之道是矛盾创新、社会关系创新、个性创新、承传创新、德性创新等思想的总体,它是当今我国弘扬创新文化、践行创新发展理念的重要传统文化支撑和驱动力量,对青少年创新发展有重要的启示意义。我们的应试教育模式和各种标准化考试抑制了青少年的创新个性。因此,青少年要汲取孔子和而不同的创新发展理念,学会矛盾创新或问题创新,追求个性创新,遵循承传创新和德性创新之道,这样才能适应社会、时代和各种用人市场的需求,也才能使自己的生命永葆创新的活力。

Our understanding of Confucius’ s thought of ＂harmony with differences＂must be set in the historical origin of ＂Real Biological Thought＂of Shi Bo et al and in the pattern of the innovation and development of the relationship between man,nature and society instead of being limited to the comparative view of the gentleman and the villain. The innovation path of Confucius’ s thought of＂harmony with differences＂is the collectivity of such ideologies as contradiction innovation,innovation of social relations,personality innovation,inheritance innovation,virtue innovation and is also the supporting and driving force for carrying forward the innovation culture and practicing the concept of innovation and development of traditional culture in China today,which has important enlightenment to the innovative development of adolescents. China’s exam-oriented education model and various standardized tests have restrained the creative personality of teenagers,Thus,the teenagers should learn from Confucius’ s innovative thought of ＂harmony with differences＂,learn to be creative or innovative,pursue personality innovation,follow inheritance innovation and virtue innovation so as to adapt to the society,era and a variety of market demand for talent,and lead to a life of innovative vitality.
