MARXIST THOUGHT OF INTERNATIONAL POLITICAL COOPERATION AND CONTEMPORARY CHINESE DIPLOMACY

国际政治合作是马克思主义国际关系思想的核心内容。马列主义国际政治合作思想经历了马克思恩格斯的无产阶级国际联合到列宁的社会主义与资本主义"和平共处"的发展过程。马列主义所倡导的国际政治合作必须坚持国家独立和平等、必须维护国家利益、必须基于共同利益诉求等基本原则,对于迅速崛起的中国的外交战略调整,具有现实指导意义:中国外交战略应顺势而变,应以更加开放和包容的姿态开展国际政治合作,应统筹国内发展与国外发展、处理好中国利益与他国利益的关系。

International political cooperation is the core content of Marxist thought on international relations,and Marxist international political cooperation thought experienced Marx and Engels’ s international proletarian joint and the development process of Lenin’s ＂peaceful coexistence＂of socialism and capitalism as well. The international political cooperation advocated by Marxis-Leninism must adhere to the basic principles of national independence and equality,maintaining national interests on the basis of common interests and demands,which is of realistic guiding significance to the rapid rise of China’s diplomatic strategy adjustment. China’s diplomatic strategy should take advantage of the opportunity to change,take more open and tolerant attitude to carry out international political cooperation,co-ordinate the development home and abroad,and deal with the relationship between China’s interests and the interests of other countries.
