当今医学教育滞后的突出表现为医学生质量缺陷、胜任能力不足。以系统为中心的教育变革就是要通过一系列的教学和体制改革,在相互依存的教育体系中,以求实现转化式学习。转化教育是新一代系统性转型的必要途径,它以卫生系统需求为基础,注重胜任能力的转化,将医学基本知识有效转化成为临床服务技能,从而促进医疗卫生事业的改革进程。系统性改革是对现代医学教育的挑战,需要观念上的全新转变、教育方式的全面调整,以此推进医学教育改革取得更大成绩。

Medical education has not kept pace with the medical science development that produce ill-equipped graduates, mismatch of competencies to health service needs. Systematic education reform is to realize transformative learning in the interdependent of education by a series of instructional and institutional reforms. Transformative education is a necessary way of new generation systematic transformation. It is based on the needs of health system, focused on the transformation of competency, aiming at transforming the basic medical knowledge into clinical service skills, so as to promote the reform of medical and health undertakings. Systematic reform is a challenge to modern medical education, which needs a new change in concept and comprehensive adjustment of educational methods, in order to promote the reform of medical education for greater achievements.
