摘要
SCR(选择性催化还原)是目前研究最为广泛的柴油机NOx排放后处理技术。通过NOx预测值估算出该柴油机尿素还原剂的需求量,进而将一定量的尿素水溶液喷入排气管中,并在柴油发动机台架上进行了ESC柴油机稳态循环测试及部分速度特性,验证了SCR系统的可行性、减排效果,及其对柴油机性能的影响。
SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) is the most widely studied after-treatment technology of diesel NOx emission. The demand for diesel urea reductant is estimated through NOx predictive value, then aqueous urea solution of certain amount is inject- ed into the exhaust pipe, and ESC Hight cycle test and some velocity characteristics of diesel engine are carried out on a diesel en- gine bench, the feasibility of the SCR system, emission reduction, and its impact on diesel engine performance are verified.
