摘要 根据节能赛车比赛的特殊要求以及赛道行驶的具体情况,对传动系统的后轴离合器进行了设计与研究。通过比较不同离合器的动力传递方式,选择较为高效的离合方式。结合赛车设计的实际情况,运用Creo软件对所选的离合方式进行建模,使其能正确安装并不产生干涉。对所设计的后轴离合方式进行加工并且在赛车上进行组装。在整车试验中,对赛车在行驶过程中车速信息进行记录并分析油耗情况,确定适合动力传递和切断的速度范围,最终实现更高的燃油经济性。 According to the special requirements of energy-saving motor racing and the conditions of track driving, the rear axle clutch of the transmission system has been designed and researched. By comparing the power transmission of different clutches, a more efficient way of clutch is chosen. Combined with the actual situation of the car design, Creo software is used on modeling the selected clutch, to make it correctly installed without interference, The designed rear axle clutch is processed and assembled on the car. In vehicle test, the speed in the process of driving is recorded and fuel consumption is analyzed, then the suitable speed range for cutting and transferring power is determined, and higher fuel efficiency is achieved.
