摘要
针对传统玉米移栽机分苗机构在分苗过程中出现的伤苗率高、效率低等问题,采用TRIZ理论对玉米移栽机分苗机构进行了创新设计。通过对分苗机构进行功能分析、冲突矩阵分析和物场分析等,设计以圆盘锯齿刃切割刀为主体的分苗机构,通过UG对其进行了仿真分析,验证了机构设计的合理性。该设计有效地降低了分苗破损率,为全自动玉米移栽机的研发提供参考。
In view of the issue of traditional corn seedling mechanism with high injury rate and low efficiency, the theory of TRIZ was applied on the design of corn seedling mechanism. By means of functional analysis, conflict matrix analysis and field analysis, etc., cutting disc serrated knife was determined the main body of seedling mechanism, and then simulation analysis was carried out by UG and the rationality of mechanism design was verified. The design effectively reduces the breakage rate, and lays a foundation for the development of the automatic corn transplanting machine.
