摘要
以整车参数及发动机特性参数为设计输入,以高速和爬坡两个典型工况作为热平衡计算工况,通过建立一种整车冷却系统的数学计算模型推导出了水泵、散热器及风扇等冷却系统零部件实际需要的工作能力。并以某款整车为例进行匹配计算,验证本文提出的数学模型。
With the vehicle parameters and engine performance parameters as design input, with the typical operating condi- tions of high speed and hill climbing as thermal equilibrium conditions, the establishment of the mathematical model of a vehicle cooling system derived from the water pump, radiator and fan cooling system parts of the actual needs of the work ability. Taking a vehicle as an example, the mathematical model proposed in this paper is verified.
