微电解-Fenton联用技术处理活性艳蓝X-BR模拟染料废水 被引量:2

摘要 采用微电解-Fenton联用技术对活性艳蓝X-BR模拟染料废水进行处理,考察了溶液初始pH、铁屑投加量以及H_2O_2投加量等因素对脱色效果的影响.结果表明:单独采用微电解法对活性艳蓝X-BR也具有一定的脱色效果.对质量浓度为100 mg/L的X-BR溶液,初始pH为6,铁屑投加量为100 g/L,反应30 min可达平衡,脱色率在70%左右.H_2O_2单独加入染料废水时仅有微弱的脱色作用,但将其加入铁屑-废水混合体系后可以显著提高铁屑对活性艳蓝的脱色效果.在最佳的微电解处理条件下,再加入体积分数30%的H_2O_260 m L/L,20 min就可将脱色率由70%提高到90%以上. Reactive blue X-BR simulated wastewater was treated by microelectrolysis-Fenton coupling technique.Influencing factors on the decoloring effect such as initial pH,iron dosage and H_2O_2 dosage et al,were explored.The results showed that,X-BR wastewater could be decolored to a certain extent by microelectrolysis method singly.For X-BR solution with the concentration of 100 mg/L,under conditions of initial pH 6,iron dosage of 100 g/L,the reaction could reach balance within 30 minutes with decoloration ratio 70%.Very weak decoloration effect could be obtained when use H_2O_2 singly,yet,when added into the iron-wastewater system,it could greatly improve the decoloration effect.Under the optimum conditions of microelectrolysis,when the dosage of 30% H_2O_2 reached 60 m L/L,the decoloration ratio could increase to 90% from 70% within 20 minutes.
