摘要
以澳门城市高架轻轨项目为背景,针对短线匹配预制拼装箱梁施工特点,进行了TP35m/60t(650)节段拼装架桥机的组成、技术条件、作业程序和总体结构设计的研究.通过对拼装式架桥机结构进行建模,分析表明:架桥机的结构完全可以满足施工的要求,且结合缓和曲线施工的特殊要求,在架桥机钢梁间设计了3个平铰,均可转动12°,达到了走行平顺、操纵方便、安全可靠的目的.通过对架桥机结构设计及施工流程的分析和论述,可为今后同类型架桥机的设计提供借鉴.
Taking Macao light railway viaduct as an instance,the composition,technical conditions,operating procedure and the overall structure design of TP35m/60 t bridge-erector were surveyed.According to the constructions characteristics of the short-line match precast of box girder segments,the finite element model of the assembling bridge-elector was created.The results indicated that torsion,the structure of the bridge-elector could completely meet the requirements of construction.Three flat hinges were designed with rotating,that can reach the purpose of walks steadily, manipulation convenient,and safety-operation.Through the analysis of the structure design and the discussion of construction process,which can provide reference for the future design of the same kind of settled.
