DNA甲基化与雌性动物初情期的关系

摘要 在雌性动物的生命活动中,繁殖能力具有很重要的作用和意义,而繁殖能力的高低和初情期的发生密切相关。营养、环境与激素共同调控雌性动物初情期的发生,但这些调控的基础是遗传因素,不同基因在不同时期的表达影响着雌性动物初情期的开始。近年的研究发现,表观遗传学在动物发育过程中也起到至关重要的作用,其中DNA甲基化在影响雌性动物初情期方面具有很重要的影响,直接影响基因的表达,从而调控初情期的发生,为初情期调控机制的研究提供了新的方向。因此,本文主要介绍DNA甲基化与初情期的关系,阐明DNA甲基化在雌性动物初情期中的作用,为进一步研究DNA甲基化对动物初情期的调控机制提供基础和依据。 Reproduction exerts great influence in the life of female animals.The reproduction potential is closely related to the initiation of puberty.Studies showed that puberty is regulated by nutrition,environment and hormone.However,the function which could be activated during the timing of puberty is based on heritable factors.Different gene expressions show various patterns affecting the onset of puberty.Recently,many reports suggested that epigenetics is also important during the development of animal body.The vital effect of DNA methylation on the timing of puberty has been reported in some researches as well.DNA methylation can regulate the puberty of animals by affecting the gene expression which is expressed during the puberty,which also provides a novel sight for the study of puberty regulation.Therefore,the puberty-related DNA methylation was reviewed in the paper,which provides a basis for DNA methylation in the regulation of puberty for further studies.
