中西医结合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Infantile Repeated Respiratory Infection

目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床效果。方法将106例小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例,对照组采取西医对症治疗,观察组采取中西医结合治疗,治疗14d后观察2组患儿的免疫情况,综合评价患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和IgG、IgA均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);观察组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和IgG、IgA改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为92.45%,显著优于对照组的75.47%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可显著改善小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿的免疫力,协同提高临床疗效。

Objective To study the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on infantile repeated respiratory infection. Methods One hundred and six infantile patients with repeated respiratory infection were divided into control group and observation group with 53 cases in each group. The con- trol group was given western medicine treatment. The observation group adopt combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine. The immune situation was observed and compared between two groups. The clinical curative effect of both groups was evaluated. Results After treatment, CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD4＋/CD8＋ , IgG and IgA were significantly improved in both groups when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treat- ment,the total clinical effective rate was 92.45% in observation group, significantly greater than 75.47% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the immunity of children with infantile repeated respiratory infection, which synergy to improve clinical effect.
