中医综合治疗轻中度小儿营养不良的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Mild-to-moderate Infantile Malnutrition

目的观察轻中度小儿营养不良的中医综合治疗效果。方法选取本院60例轻中度小儿营养不良患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组采用中医综合治疗,观察并比较2组患儿的临床总有效率及各项生理指标。结果治疗组临床总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在治疗后各项生理指标均明显提高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合治疗轻中度小儿营养不良有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on mild-to- moderate infantile malnutrition. Methods Sixty infantile patients with mild-to-moderate malnutrition were divided into control group and treatment group randomly. The control group was given western medicine and the treatment group was given combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical total effective rate and other physical signs were observed and compared between two groups. Results The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group（93.33 %） was obviously higher than that （73. 33 %） of the control group （P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment, the physical signs were significantly improved when compare with those before treatment in both groups （P〈（0.05）. After the treatment,the physical signs of the treatment group were obviously better that those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine was effective in treating mild-to-moderate infantile malnutrition.
