摘要
目前国内冰箱生产厂家普遍采用的冰箱内胆材料主要有ABS(丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元聚合物)和HIPS(改性高抗冲聚苯乙烯,苯乙烯-聚丁二烯共聚物)两种。在新闻和网络上经常看到一些厂家的冰箱在用户使用后出现内胆开裂现象,严重影响了用户的使用。基于探讨和解决这一问题,本文对这一现象发生的原因进行了分析,并提出了在冰箱生产中应采取何种相应措施,避免类似冰箱内胆开裂情况的发生。
At present, the refrigerator cabinet inner liner materials in China’ factories mainly include ABS(Acrylo nitrile- butadiene- styrene ternary polymer) and HIPS(High impact polystyrene, styrene- polybutadiene copolym er). In both cases, we find reports in the newspapers and on the internet showing that some refrigerators from certain factories have inner liner cracklings, which seriously causes trouble to users’ daily life. In order to solve this cracking problem, this essay analyzes how this phenomenon occurs, and presents the measures and processes to be adopted so as to avoid this issue from happening.
