重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗膜性结膜炎的效果分析

Effect analysis on recombined bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in treatment of membranous conjunctivitis

目的 探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗膜性结膜炎的效果,为临床提供参考依据。方法 选择我院2013年2月10日~2014年2月10日收治的膜性结膜炎患者100例作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组各50例。对照组采取妥布霉素滴眼液、利巴韦林滴眼液治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用贝复舒,并在治疗结束后,对比分析两组的治愈率和治愈时间。结果 实验组和对照组的治愈率分别为96.00%和80.00%（P〈0.05）;实验组的治愈时间低于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组的临床症状缓解时间低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在常规治疗的基础上使用贝复舒治疗膜性结膜炎具有显著的疗效,能有效改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的治愈率,缩短患者的治愈时间。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of recombined bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in treatment of membranous conjunctivitis and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods 100 patients with membranous conjunctivitis treated in our hospital from February 10th, 2013 to February 10th, 2014 were selected and equally divid- ed into study group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated by tobramyein eye drops and ribavirin eye drops, while patients in the study group were additionally given Beifushu （basic fibroblast growth factor）. The cure rate and cure time were compared between two groups after treatment. Results The cure rates of the study group and the control group were 96.00% and 80.00%, respectively （P〈0.05）. The cure time was significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. The remission time of clinical symptoms was significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Addition of Beifushu to conventional therapy has significant effica- cy in treatment of membranous conjunctivitis, which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, increase cure rate, and shorten cure time. Therefore, Beifushu has significant curative effect in treatment of membranous conjunctivitis.
