地黄饮子对脑卒中恢复期临床疗效的影响

Effects of decoction of rehmanniae(Dihuang Yinzi) on clinical curative effects of cerebral apoplexy convalescence

目的探讨地黄饮子对脑卒中恢复期（喑痱）临床疗效的影响。方法 选取2015年1~12月我院脑卒中恢复期患者50例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。对照组给予常规内科治疗及康复,治疗组在此基础上内服地黄饮子,3个月后判定疗效,分别以简化FMA评定表、改良的Frenchay构音障碍评定法评价运动及言语功能。结果治疗组的有效率92%,显著优于对照组的76%。两组的FMA及Frenchay评定分值较治疗前明显提高,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 地黄饮子在恢复神经功能缺损方面应用前景广阔,对改善脑卒中患者运动及言语功能疗效确切。

Objective To explore the effects of Dihuang Yinzi on clinical curative effects of cerebral apoplexy convales- cence （Yinfei, sequela of apoplexy）. Methods 50 patients with cerebral apoplexy convalescence in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected. They were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was given regular medical treatment and rehabilitation, and the treatment group was given Dihuang Yinzi on the basis of the regular medical treatment. Curative effects were deter- mined after 3 months, and and simplified FMA evaluation form, and modified Frenchay dysarthria evaluation form were used to evaluate the motor function and speech function. Results The effective rate was 92% in the treatment group, significantly better than 76% in the control group. FMA and Frenchay evaluation scores in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment, and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dihuang Yinzi has a broad application prospect in recovering neurologic impairment, and has a exact curative effect on improving motor and speech function in the patients with cerebral apoplexy.
