疏松结缔组织铺片方法在组织学与胚胎学实验教学中应用与体会

The application and experience of the stretched preparation method of loose connective tissue in experiment teaching

为了提高《组织学与胚胎学》的教学质量,培养学生的综合素质,在中医院校开展了"疏松结缔组织铺片法"的实验课教学。通过复合染色方法,可一张铺片呈现蓝、红、紫三种颜色,使得镜下能够观察到两种纤维和三种细胞。这种方法的实施不仅增强学生动手能力,而且能很好地了解疏松结缔组织中细胞的不同表型和分布,同时,既丰富组织学内容,把教学、科研连接一起,又达到提高实验教学质量的目的。

To improve the teaching quality of histology and embryology, meet the students＇ desire for knowledge and train their overall quality,the experiment teaching methods of ＂loose connective tissue＂ was carried out in Chinese medicine colleges. Three colors： blue, red, purple were present in a piece of glass, two kinds of fibers and three kinds of cells were observed by the microscope. The implementation of the method is not only strengthen the student begin- ning ability, but also is a good understanding of different phenotypes and distribution of cells in loose connective tissue. Meanwhile, the contents of the histology are enriched, teaching and scientific research are connected together, and the goal of the experiment teaching quality is improved.
