105例心房颤动患者的临床特征分析

Analysis of clinical feature of 105 patients with atrial fibrillation

目的分析房颤住院患者的临床特征，探索提高抗凝治疗的方法。方法选择2015年6～10月之间所有我院心内科住院的房颤患者，对其性别、年龄、伴随疾病、华法林使用及抗血小板药物使用情况进行分析。结果我院心内科所有房颤的住院患者共105例，其中男48例（45．7％），女57例（54．3％），平均年龄（77．0±7．7）岁，平均住院天数（10．57±4．90）d。结论房颤住院患者基本为高龄老年患者，且伴有多种疾病，具有栓塞的高危风险。为了能让房颤患者得到最大程度的受益，应加强抗凝治疗。

Objective To analyze the clinical feature of hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation and investigate the measures to improve the coagulation treatment. Methods Patients with atrial fibrillation who were hospitalized in the department of cardiology in our hospital from June to October 2015 were selected and the gender, age, concomitant dis- eases, application of warfarin and the application situation of antiplatelet drug were analyzed, Results In the total num- ber of 105 patients with atrial fibrillation who were hospitalized in the department of cardiology in our hospital, 48 pa- tients were male（45.7%） and 57 patients were female （54.3%）. The average age was （77.0±7.7） years old and the aver- age length of stay was （10.57±4.90） days. Conclusion The hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation were basically el- der ones with multiple concomitant diseases, which is of high risk of embolism. Coagulation treatment should be en- hanced in order to heneflt the patients with atrial fibrillation to the most.
