窄波UVB联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹及神经痛的疗效观察

Effect of NB-UVB combined with valacyclovir in treatment of herpes zoster and neuralgia

目的观察窄波UVB联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹及神经痛的疗效。方法选择2013年1月-2015年2月收治的158例带状疱疹患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各79例，对照组给予口服伐昔洛韦片治疗，观察组采用窄波UVB联合伐昔洛韦治疗。两组疗程均为10d，比较两组治疗效果、临床症状改善情况、后遗神经痛的发生率。结果观察组总有效率97．47％明显高于对照组86．08％（x2=6．789，P〈0．05）；水疱停止出现时间、结痂时间、皮损恢复时间均短于对照组（t=6．759~8．260，P〈0．05）；疼痛缓解时间、疼痛消失时间明显短于对照组（拄5．886～10．868，P〈0．05），随访1个月，观察组后遗神经痛发生率（7．59％）明显低于对照组（21．52％）（x2=6．157，P〈O．05）。结论窄波UVB联合伐昔洛韦治疗有助于缓解患者临床症状，减轻疼痛程度，预防后遗神经痛发生，提高治疗效果。

Objective To study effect of NB-UVB combined with valacyclovir in treatment of herpes zoster and neu- ralgia. Methods 158 cases patients with herpes zoster from January 2013 to February 2015 were divided into observa- tion group and control group,control group was given valacyclovir therapy,the observation group was given NB-UVB combined with valacyclovir therapy,then therapy effect,clinical symptoms,neuralgia were compared between two groups. Results Observation group＇s effective rate was 97.47%, significantly higher than the control group 86.08%（x2=6.789, P〈0.05）; Blister stop time, scab over time, skin recovery time were significantly shorter than the control group（t=6.759- 8.260, P〈0.05）; Pain relief time,pain disappeared time were significantly shorter than the control group（t=5.886-10.868, P〈0.05）; Followed up for 1 month,the observation group neuralgia rate was 7.59%, significantly lower than the control group 21.52%（x2=6.157, P〈0.05）. Conclusion NB-UVB combined with valacyclovir therapy help to ease clinical symp- toms, relieve pain, and prevent the heritage neuralgia, then improve therapy effect.
