摘要
目的探讨二甲双胍对代谢综合征患者胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法选择我院2014年1月~2015年1月收治的代谢综合征患者100例,按照治疗方法的不同将100例代谢综合征患者分成对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。两组患者均接受限制热卡、平衡膳食、低脂低盐、多吃蔬菜、戒烟限酒、参加适度的有氧运动等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服二甲双胍,连续用药6个月;比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,并对两组患者治疗前后血糖及胰岛素、ISI进行比较,同时对两组患者治疗前后TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C水平进行比较。结果治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率94.0%,显著高于对照组患者治疗后的总有效率78.0%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗组与对照组的FPG、2hPG、Fins分别较治疗前显著降低,且治疗组的FPG、2hPG、Fins及ISI水平显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组与对照组的TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C水平分别较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组的TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C水平较对照组变化更显著,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论二甲双胍用于代谢综合征患者疗效确切,可以降低血脂水平,增加胰岛素敏感性,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To study the effects of mefformin on insulin sensitivity in patients with metabolic syndrome and to provide a reference for the development of individualized treatment programs for patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods A total of 100 patients with metabolic syndrome who were admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to Jan- uary 2015 were selected. According to the different methods of treatment, 100 cases of patients with metabolic syn- drome were divided into control group and treatment group, 50 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were ac- cepted limit calories, a balanced diet, low fat, low salt, eat more vegetables, quit alcohol, for moderate aerobic exercise such as conventional treatment, the treatment group on the basis of that plus metformin with 6 months continuous ad- ministration; The clinical curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment, and the two groups before and after treatment in patients with blood sugar and insulin, the ISI, at the same time before and after treatment in patients with two groups of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C level were compared. Results After treatment, the patients in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 94.0%, significantly higher than that 78.0% of control group, the curative effect of two groups between the two groups had statistical significance difference (P〈O.05). After treatment, treatment group and control group of FPG, 2 hPG and Fins were significantly lower compared with pre-treatment, and the treatment group of FPG, 2 hPG and Fins, ISI was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was significant between two groups (P〈0.05). Before treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C, HDL-C were compared between the treatment group and control group, the difference was not significant (P〉0.05). After treatment, treatment group and the control group of TC, TG and LDL-C, HDL-C level was significantly improved respectively than before treatment, and the treatment group of TC, TG and LDL-C, HDL-C level changed more significantly than that of the control group, the difference was significant between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of mefformin on metabolic syndrome is accu- rate, it can reduce blood lipid levels, increase insulin sensitivity, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
