糖皮质激素在慢性疼痛治疗中的效果

Effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of chronic pain

目的探讨糖皮质激素在慢性疼痛治疗中的效果。方法选取我院在2015年1月～2016年1月收治的96例慢性疼痛患者作为研究对象，按照人院的先后顺序随机分成观察组和对照组，各48例，对照组患者采用常规的非甾体抗炎药物进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加糖皮质激素类药物进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗的效果。结果治疗4周之后，观察组患者的疼痛评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；观察组治疗的优良率和缓解率分别为83．33％和93．75％，而对照组治疗的优良率和缓解率分别为62．5％和79．17％，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于慢性疼痛患者在常规治疗的基础上增加糖皮质激素类药物治疗可以提高治疗的效果．有效缓解患者的疼感，提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of chronic pain. Methods 96 patients with chronic pain who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the study ob- jects and divided randomly by the admission order into observation group and control group with 48 cases in each group. Routine non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug was given to the patients from the control group and glucocorti- coid treatment was added on the basis of the control group and the treatment effects of the patients from both groups were observed. Results Pain scores of the patients from observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05） with statistical significance; the good rate and relieve rate of the treatment of the patients from observa- tion group was 83.33% and 93.75% and those of the patients from control group was 62.5% and 79.17% and the obser- vation group was obviously better than the control group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with chronic pain, glucocorticoid treatment added on the basis of routine treatment can increase the treatment effect, re- live the pain of the patients and improve the living quality, which deserves clinical application and recommendation.
