品管圈活动在提高第二类精神药品用药交待率中的应用

The application of quality control circle activities in improving medication consultation rate of the second kinds of psychotropic drugs

目的探讨应用品管圈方法提高第二类精神药品用药交待率。方法2015年3~7月，门诊药房的9名药师自动自发的组成品管圈（安心圈），应用头脑风暴法，以5、3、1评分法进行主题评价，根据品管圈活动的十大步骤进行活动。结果通过品管圈活动，第二类精神药品用药交待率由原来的52％提高到88％，进步率为69．23％，目标达标率达105．88％。结论开展品管圈活动提高了第二类精神药品用药交待率，提高了圈员们解决问题的能力，提升了药学服务质量。

Objective To improve the medication consultation rate of the second kinds of psychotropic drugs by using the method of quality control circle. Methods The quality control circle （An Xinquan） was spontaneously made up by nine pharmacists in outpatient pharmacy from March to July in 2015, and brainstorming method was applied. 5, 3 and 1 scorce method was applied for evaluating the theme, and activities was carried out according to the ten steps of QCC activities. Results Through the QCC activities, the medication consultation rate of the second kinds of psyehotropic drugs increased to 88% from the original 52%, and the progress rate was 69.23%, and the reaching rate of target was 105.88%. Conclusion QCC activities improve the medication consultation rate of the second kinds of psychotropie drugs, the ability to solve problems and the pharmaceutical care quality.
