中西医结合治疗瘀阻胞宫型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效分析

Integrative analysis of clinical efficacy of treatment stasis uterus chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的通过对中药内服联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效进行观察,研究其治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床价值。方法将68例经门诊确诊的慢性盆腔炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例,对两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及症状进行对比研究。结果经过2个疗程治疗后,无论是总有效率还是优良率,对照组均较治疗组低,差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者治疗后的症状体征改善治疗组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性盆腔炎的治疗方面,相对于单纯抗生素治疗而言,加用中药内服和灌肠综合治疗能取得较好的临床效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Chinese Herbs Combined enema in treatment of chronic pelvic inflam- matory disease were observed in clinical studies of its value in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 68 cases of outpatients diagnosed chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into treatment group and control group, 34 cases in each group. The symptoms and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared. Results After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate and the excellent rate of the low-control group were lower than those in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01 ）; after treatment, the symptoms and signs of improvement in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, as opposed to simple antibiotics, the use of Chinese medicine oral and enema combined therapy can achieve better clinical results, worthy of promotion.
