摘要
[目的]探究最优的磁效应参数,提高砖红壤中磷素吸收率。[方法]通过连续培养的方法,以未经磁场处理的土样作对照,测定不同磁化强度对砖红壤中无机磷细菌和有机磷细菌的影响。[结果]在整个磁处理过程中,对2种溶磷细菌影响最大的是500 m T处理第3天。在整个磁处理过程中,100 m T对2种磷细菌表现为抑制作用,但与CK相比基本达不到显著水平。300、500和700 m T对2种磷细菌均表现为促进作用。磁处理对2种磷细菌产生的影响存在不同程度的滞后及衰退效果。[结论]磁处理对溶磷细菌的生长影响较大,可用于快速获得大量的溶磷细菌。
[Objective] The absorption of phosphorus in latosol was improved through the research on the optimal parameters of magnetic treatment.[Method] The effect of magnetic treatment on the inorganic phosphate germ and organic phosphate germ was analyzed through the continuous culture and the soil samples without magnetic field treatment was used as CK.[Result]The greatest impact on two species of phosphate dissolving bacteria was the treatment of 500 m T for three days. In the whole process of magnetic treatment,the treatment of 100 m T had the inhibitory effect on two species of phosphorus bacteria,which did not reach the significant level compared with CK. the treatment of 300,500 and 700 m T had the promoting effect on two species of phosphorus bacteria. There were the delaying and recession phenomena in the magnetic treatment affecting two species of phosphorus bacteria at different levels.[Conclusion]The growth of phosphorus dissolving bacteria is greatly affected by magnetic treatment. Thus,a large number of the bacteria could be quickly gotten with the technique.
