摘要
针对城市中心区配电网结构复杂、电压等级多样等问题,传统配电网规划方法已无法满足现状,提出了基于网格化理念的配电网规划策略。首先,采用分层分区的划分方法对供电区划分、配电区划分、行政划分、地区功能区布局、城镇道路条件划分网格;网格划分后,以每个网格为一单元,根据网格化规划流程予以规划;网格化规划后,采用层次分析法与德尔菲法构建网格化校验分析法,确保网格规划的合理性,引导公司做出正确的决策。最后,以上海陆家嘴金融中心片区为实例,进行网格规划分析,结果表明该配电网规划策略具有科学性与实用性。
Aiming at the problem of complex power grid structure and various voltage levels,the traditional distribution network planning method can't meet the present requirement.The strategy of distribution network planning based on the idea of grid is proposed.Firstly,the grid is divided by hierarchical classification method as per power supply area,power distribution area,administrative area,functional areas the urban road.With one mesh to each grid as a unit,according to the grid planning,AHP and Delphi method are used to construct a grid verification and analysis method,to ensure grid planning rationality,and lead the company to make the right decisions.Finally,taking Lujiazui Shanghai financial center area as an example,the results show that the distribution network planning strategy is scientific and practical.
