Clinical bacteria inspection effect and quality control

目的探讨细菌检验标本的检验效果和质量,提高临床细菌检验的准确性。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月接受治疗的临床患者为对象,共收集样本1100份。对临床细菌检验的准确性进行分析。结果这六类标本的检验中,生殖道分泌物标本的合格率最低,另外,创伤性组织细菌标本的检验合格率最高。结论为了提高临床细菌的检验质量,在对细菌样本进行采集、保存和运输的过程中,要注意处理和操作的规范性,遵守相关的制度。

Objective To investigate the bacteria test specimen test effect and quality,improve the accuracy of clinical bacteria test. Methods1100 samples of patients for treatment were chosen and collected from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital. To test the accuracy of clinical bacteria were analyzed. Results The six kinds of specimens inspection,genital tract secretions specimen qualified rate of the lowest,in addition,traumatic tissue specimens of bacteria inspection qualified rate of the highest. Conclusion In order to improve the quality of clinical bacteria inspection,in the bacteria sample collection,preservation and transportation process,should pay attention to the standardization of process and operation,abide by the relevant system.
