摘要
通过均匀沉淀法制备了以二氧化硅为核,铕掺杂氧化钇为壳的分散性良好的SiO_2@Y_2O_3:Eu^(3+)核壳纳米粒子。扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)结果显示,纳米粒子具有明显的核壳结构。在236nm激发光谱下,纳米粒子在613nm显示出很强的红光发射峰,对应于铕离子的~5 D_0→~7F_2能级跃迁。所得粒子由于具有强的光发射以及低电压电子束激发,在白色发光二极管、普通荧光灯、场发射显示器方面具有潜在的应用前景。
The monodisperse SiO_2@Y_2O_3 : Eu^3+ core-shell particles were synthesized successfully by a simply homogeneous precipitation method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectra (EDS), trans- mission electron microscopy (TEM), photoluminescence spectra (PL) characterize were used. The SEM and TEM results indicted that the Y_2O_3 : Eu^3+ phosphor was coated on SiO_2 nanoparticles with a clearly core-shell structure. Under the excitation at 236 nm, the particles showed a strong red emission corresponding to the ^5 D_0→^7F_2 transition of the Eu^3+ ions at 613 nm. The as-prepared particles have potential applications in white light-emitting diodes, general fluorescence lamps, field emission displays due to its strong light emission and low voltage electron beams excitation.
